Then, there was the first Southern Living Idea House in Senoia, Ga. I wrote some posts about it on the old blog. You can read them here & here.
Right now, you can tour the 2012 Southern Living Idea House in Senoia! I went earlier in the summer, and of course, I loved it too! They renovated and added on to an older home. It was great to see how they kept the character of the original house..
You can find more info on it here. I believe it runs through December, and the Christmas decor should be out soon!
My most recent idea house was the Coastal Living Idea House! I think they actually call it the Ultimate Beach House. Last week we were in Seaside, Florida for a vacation with some friends. While there, we drove down to Rosemary Beach to see the house. The interior was designed by Erika Powell and her company, Urban Grace Interiors. I love her work, and knew that the house would be fabulous.
This is our picture of the front. I love the front door color.
What beach house would be complete without a pool?
I took a ton of pictures, but don't know if I should post them now. I will show you this one below. I was able to afford one thing from the house.
See the towels in the bags? This is the mud room, and I immediately loved the towels. They are a pretty, soft fabric on one side, and terry on the other. I like to get worked up over dumb things. I probably annoyed Christine while I obsessed over these for the next two hours that we were in Rosemary.
Turns out, they are made by a lady in Rosemary. I searched a few shops, and asked around until I found one that put me in contact with her. Turns out she also has a website where you can order.
Tilly Towels are so great! I got a large one in cream, and a baby towel.
You can find them here.
I would definitely check out the houses in Rosemary and/or Senoia if you are in the area!

The idea houses are all divine! I love the towels too! Best part.... 30A! I'll take any beach house on 30A for sure. :)
I'm soooo excited to see the rest of your pics! I'm going next month and couldn't be more excited to tour the home. Wanted to make it to Senoia this year, but I don't think that's going to happen. Bummer. I would obsess about the towels, too. Great....now I need them!
